Been using nootropics for about three and a little more years, on and off. Tried many many things, used to be on vyvanse/adderal/modifinil - never again!

My old journals:

Short term energy and focus, long-term brain growth stack

Building a perfect Modifinil stack

Suffice to say:
Used to Noopept & Piracetam.

Never really branched out from those two awesome ingredients.. but now I am!

One thing I hated about Noopept: It caused me to forget a LOT, a ton of shit was always "on the tip of my tongue" and it only got worse and worse.. After a sustained use of using Noopept, I started forgetting where I was putting stuff and where I was going midway - it started getting noteworthy and scary, so I dropped it and my memory got 100% better.

So, I'm done use noopept.

This journal is of me using:

Everyday standard - Used all of this stuff before :)

Lion's Mane - 1600mg per day

Fish oil - 2,100mg Omega-3 per day

Phosphatidylserine - 100mg per day

PQQ

COQ10

Zinc-Carnosine

Full spectrum Vitamin Bs

Everyday standard nutrition

- About 2 cups of homemade kefir

- Cup of homemade bone broth (10hr slow cooked)

- GAPS diet

Exercise every other day (have been for a few years)

Sleep at least 8 hours a day

Just listed some of that to show you that I treat myself right!

OKAY! - The stuff i'm experimenting with!

I've taken Oxiracetam 3 times so far @ different dosages.

1 time by itself at 800mg. I felt really focused, higher conceptual functioning, great energy like I took a shot of espresso.

1 time with Piracetam. Piracetam 1600mg and Oxiracetam 800mg. I took the piracetam a few hours after and I felt overstimulated, like I was ADHD. Then as the piracetam settled in, I felt very focused and I took a shot of espresso and felt extremely engaged with work.. I mean, my focus and understanding was increased by A LOT.

1 time Oxiracetam 250mg with Coluracetam 15mg Sublingual. - This is what i'm on right now. I feel very energy and focused, no over-stimulation.

My experiences so far

Oxiracetam at 800mg is fucking amazing.

----

Some notes:

Oxiracetam feels like the cleanest energy that I have ever had from a supplement before. I don't feel a crash from it, I don't feel like a different person on it, but I DO feel more focused, more energetic, and more conceptually sound. And it works so amazingly synchronous with caffeine.

Coluracetam = need to do more testing! Just got it today :P

I wanna better decipher the difference between oxiracetam piracetam stack & oxiracetam coluracetam stack.

Hey Zakariah, can I recommend a personal side project I made for free called https://betterself.io ? It's a great digital journal that can hold entries of what supplements you took so you can do really quick snapshot analysis.

I was keeping a lot of stuff in OneNote forever until I realized I really couldn't do any quantitative metrics on top of them. To illustrate, there's functionality like this ... https://imgur.com/a/jXyhJ
