Goes totally naked under the sun, never use sunscreen, never use sunglasses, never burn.

Iodine 25mg/d + MB 20-25mg + ca-AKG + Indium 10mg, boron, K2, niacin, 10-12g glycine/day...
57 Years old, 7 to 8% BF (all Year long), 15 years younger than my metabolic age on my Tabata scale, 10 Years younger on the EPI-age test. No pain/no joint pain, very good sleep and good energy levels.
...all of this is mostly Siim Land based (+ also August Dunning, Mark Sisson and Jack Kruse for many important things...). Works perfectly for me.
