Hi,

This may be a stupid question, but I have no idea.
I’ve seen this term being thrown around and a google search including Wikipedia shows a much complicated definition.

Can someone ELI5 me what is Long-Term Potentiation?

My guess is that it means using something that will have a permanent-like effect?

Thank you in advance!

Beats me, I’d assume it means increasing cognitive abilities over the long haul though via the use of nootropics, CBT etc.

17 days later and you have still not looked it up on Google. Longecity is not Reddit, it's not a place where immature, hypersocial liberals go and ask for an explanation for something they obviously already understand, only so they can be upvoted for asking a pointless and timewasting question.

Congrats! You found out that you couldn’t read!
At least you learned something about yourself. I hope I got myself such an opportunity but alas you’re the lucky one.
