Hi so two times this year, one time smoking weed, and one time doing lsd (just tried those two once each) I experienced the worst pain human kind can possibly feel inside my brain without any exaggeration whatsoever. It was like every second the same part of my brain was being stabbed with a knives charged on electricity. Just thinking about it I get a bit anxious even though I am very dissociated from my memories. The two times this happened, I was in pure agony, pure hell the worse physical pain one can experience for hours and don't know how I survived. I hate death, but was struggling to resist the idea of stealing the gun of a cop at the hospital to blow my heads off and end the intense agony as every second was unbearable. All the pain medications and shots I was given at the hospital were completely ineffective, even they're strongest ones that they give before surgeries. I was begging for help every minute and could not stand still because it was impossible to patient, and would get up asking for relief everytime. No person on this planet would react differently than I did if they got the same thing, it was inhuman. After hours of this, the pain or whatever they gave me tired me out and was able to fall asleep, both times waking up dizzy and with a feeling of hangover. What is absolutely mind blowing is after all this, there was no sign of abnormality or damage on the CT scan and MRI?? So why did I react like that I still haven't found an answer or was given one besides being told that I had a psychosis which is bullshit. I was just strongly confused, altered consciousness, and in pure agony, but in no way delusional of reality. Please, if someone has an explanation for why I reacted that way on simply taking a recreational drug, when I only took two hits out of the same joint of 5other people and they were all completely fine, then lsd and same type of pain I would be very grateful. Like there must be an explanation for this, and it might be important to fix or related to my other health issues. I will never do any recreational drug again because those reactions I had were pure pure hell and I pray that it will never happen another time. It's been months since this happened, but I need to know it is important. I really need a proper answer for this!

It sounds like there is something wrong with your endocannabinoid systems - cannabis is known to be a potent pain-killer through multiple mechanisms - one of the primary ones being how it desensitises the CB1-receptors in the Anterior Cingulate Cortex by overloading them so they shut down. (similar to what SSRI's do to serotonin-receptors, which then causes decreasing of anxiety)

Acetaminophen/Paracetamol actually does the same, but in a slower, more selective manor - it's a SCRI - Selective Cannabinoid Reuptake Inhibitor - this also causes the same, as the ACC is flooded with cannabinoids which then causes receptors to shut down. The good part about Paracetamol, is that it doesn't have the same cognitive or euphoric side-effects! = )

Anyways... it sounds like you got some kind of Paradoxical reaction - something is different about you that CB works IN REVERSE of what it ussually does. Can't say much more at the moment, since my brain is an over-ripe squash thanks to the introductory side-effects of Reboxetine. (stimulation, fatigue (paradoxical, I know), confusion, head-ache and possibly light-sensitivity)

Yeah but it's not only cannabis, I got the same reaction on LSD too. Though WEIRDLY ENOUGH, I was fine on mushrooms and actually got strong euphoria, world felt magic and good body high. Since I got my anhedonia a year and a half ago, tried weed=Pure hell, then mushrooms=pure heaven, and finally LSD which was pure hell again. So not touching any reactional drug anymore, but who knows if it's going to happen again even if I don't, just from taking a supplement for example... I really can't take the risk, and also reacting like that is so abnormal I need an explanation. Can I really be the only person on this Earth with no information on the internet that experienced such agony? There must be a proper answer for it and someone that got the same... I'm not traumatized because my DP/brain fog is making me ptsd immune but like... I'm mind blown on how such pain is even possible and to not have an explanation for it + no sign of brain damage??

Maybe it's a cluster headache. Weed might be a trigger:
