No to both pretty much. There are some smaller sites that sell piracetam, but with the other things they are selling, you don't want to order from them, and they'd never be able to produce a COA purity test....they're still selling piracetam like it's magic fairy dust.

Aside from what's in health food/supplement stores, there is nothing to find exclusively in stores. Most of these companies will ship to Canada, no problem. I've used biogenesis and airsealed numerous times. PM me if you need specific info.
