What is the recommended dose of Rosemarinic Acid? I see that I can get ~1mg for every ~1g of Rosemary Leaves I ingest.
Also Rosemary oil is purported to have beneficial properties on memory, and as a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor, etc. At which doses?
Since I have a rosemary bush in the yard, I'm thinking of eating some fresh leaves every day.
But I suspect the amounts of oil and acid I'll be getting are so puny as to be ineffectual.
