A 50 year old widow called me almost 2 years ago. She coughed so much that I could barely understand her conversation.

She said it was Asthma and was taking Rx Meds for it, but they stopped working.

Humm... I thought about this and said..

"I think Asthma sounds like an Allergy.  I stopped severe hives I had for 8 years by taking LDN - Low Dose Naltrexone. I've had zero hives or colds in the last 6 years taking it."

So I shipped her some MSM-Sulfur and ordered LDN for her.

3 days after taking MSM-Sulfur daily, 50% of her coughing stopped.

Then she received the Naltrexone (LDN) and after 5 more days taking both, 95% of her coughing stopped.

She still takes these two supplements, and has been off her Rx Meds ever since.

I recommended that she take 1-2 tsp of MSM-Sulfur in a shot of water... 1-2x/day.

Plus take 4.5 mg of LDN each night.

She stopped taking the LDN this fall, and started coughing again.

I told her, "You are not cured.. Keep taking the LDN"

She did and her coughing stopped again.

Asthma and allergies have a bit of a mystery to them, for me at least. I had to take inhalants for about a year (after my first proper "need to go to the hospital" asthma attack which I think was triggered by getting some pollen down my esophagus), then I felt I did not need them, and correctly so. In my case my best guess is that vitamin D3 supplementation greatly helped. I also don't have any longer any significant allergic reactions unlike how it used to be for most of my life, I used to get itches and difficulty breathing (through my nose mostly) from time to time. Only thing I can say I noticed alongside this change is I am less anxious.
