I need a 15-to-90 days temporary cure to get in shape and do those things that will build that structure (job, people) on top of which I can start living more comfortably.

I currently have in store Ginkgo, Ashwagandha and Magnesium. Also Ginseng, Phenylpiracetam, Modafinil because I need to stay concentrated during this period so that I'm able to complete tasks. But I can't be anxious, gotta get out there and kick asses and get my piece of the pie.

  1. Do I get some other supplement?
  2. What dosage do you suggest for the things I already have in store?

Between ginkgo, ginseng, phenylpiracetam, and modafinil then if you're like most people you're going to be very stimulated.  Personally, I'd start with the ash, magnesium, and modafinil along with coffee and tea.  If it's not enough then I'd take the others in addition to it.  You might also think about taking theanine to help smooth everything out so you can get closer to having your cake and eating it.  That is getting the motivation and focus you want without feeling wired and antsy.

As far as doses, I'd start with the lower end of recommended doses and work from there.
