I have read various pages on it and I don't understand what exactly it does. I've read that it makes you tired and helps sleep, but at the same time I've read that it increases dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine. I am not so interested in it if it would make me sleepier and drowsy, but I am very interested in increasing my neurotransmitters, since I am naturally low on them.
Perhaps it is dose-dependent? Does anybody have any experience with it?
